Oracle EBS R12 JSP Compilation Issue Resolution

Modify the value of "s_apctimeout" to -1 in the apps tier $CONTEXT_FILE which means indefinite wait.

Then Execute the autoconfig on application tier.

Then recompile the JSP again.
